Life, Crafted on the Water

A continuous cruiser's journey of foraging British waterways for wild wood, herbs, and fruits—turning fallen timber into functional home treasures.

Life on the Cut

About the Craftsman

After retiring, I decided to exchange brick walls for steel sides, choosing the life of a continuous cruiser on the UK canals. My days are dictated by the weather, the path ahead, and the treasures left behind by nature. Every piece of wood I find tells a story of a specific towpath, a unique bend in the canal, and a moment in time saved from the flames.
